Terms of Service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of c0nnct (the “Service”), a platform that introduces real-estate investors to hard-money lenders in Southern California. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What c0nnct is — and is not

c0nnct is an introduction platform. We help investors discover hard-money lenders they may qualify for and request an introduction, and we help lenders receive and respond to those requests. That is the entire scope of what we do.

c0nnct is not, and does not act as:

  • a lender, mortgage broker, or loan originator;
  • a financial, investment, legal, tax, or real-estate advisor;
  • a party to any loan, agreement, or transaction between an investor and a lender.

We do not originate, fund, underwrite, or service loans, and we do not set, negotiate, or guarantee any rates, points, terms, or approvals. Any loan, application, or agreement is solely between you and the other party. You are responsible for independently verifying all parties, licensing, terms, and information before entering into any transaction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity.

3. Accounts and your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at hello@c0nnct.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • As a lender, ensure that the licensing, product, and eligibility information you publish is truthful and current.
  • As an investor, ensure that the deal and property information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
  • misrepresent your identity, licensing, eligibility, or the details of a deal;
  • scrape, harvest, or misuse other users' contact information, addresses, or documents;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, security, or rate limits, or probe or disrupt the Service;
  • upload malware, or content you do not have the right to share.

5. Introductions, contact details, and documents

When a lender accepts an investor’s request, the Service reveals certain information to the matched parties — including contact details, the exact property address, and any loan-application documents the lender makes available. This information is shared only to facilitate the introduction. You agree to use it solely for that purpose and to handle the other party’s information responsibly and lawfully.

6. License verification

A “license-verified” badge indicates that we performed a basic, manual check of a lender’s stated license against a public registry (such as the California DRE, DFPI, or NMLS) at a point in time. It is nota guarantee of a lender’s current standing, qualifications, legitimacy, or the suitability of any loan. You remain responsible for independently verifying any party you deal with.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information, match, or lender presented through the Service is accurate, complete, or suitable for you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, c0nnct and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any transaction between you and another user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless c0nnct and its operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your dealings with other users, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated by email or an in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
