Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide and a small amount generated by your use:

• Waitlist details — the email address and any name you submit to join the waitlist.
• Account and profile information — your name, email, role (investor or lender), and, for lenders, company and license details (license type, number, NMLS ID).
• Deal information — for investors, the property and loan details you enter, including exact property addresses.
• Documents — loan-application and related files uploaded or made available through the Service.
• Usage data — aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics about page views and site usage collected through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
• Technical data — limited information such as IP address, used for security and abuse prevention (for example, rate limiting).

• To provide and operate the Service, including matching investors with lenders and facilitating introductions.
• To send you transactional and account communications, such as a waitlist welcome email and notifications about requests.
• To verify lender licensing information against public registries.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the Service.

We do not use your information to make automated lending decisions — c0nnct does not originate or underwrite loans.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Between matched parties. When a lender accepts an investor's request, we reveal the relevant contact details, the exact property address, and any loan-application documents to the two matched parties so they can proceed. Before an accepted request, this information stays protected.
• With service providers. We use Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics) to run the Service. They process data only to provide these services to us.
• For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of c0nnct, our users, or the public.
• In a business transfer. If the Service is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep your information for as long as your account or waitlist entry is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may ask us to delete your information as described below.

We use technical safeguards including encryption in transit, row-level security so that users can only access data they are permitted to see, and private file storage that gates documents and contact details behind an accepted request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review and update your account information at any time, and you can contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal information or to opt out of non-essential emails.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The Service may link to third-party websites or connect you with other users. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; review their policies directly.

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, may notify you by email or an in-product notice.
